I. Physical and chemical properties
White powder or crystal. Its melting point is 993℃; boiling point is 1700℃; easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol; density is 2.56; stable in nature.
II. Application areas
Used in the manufacture of boiling steel, drinking water fluoridation, pesticides, refining of light metals and protective layers, cleaning fluids for steel and other metals, brazing agents and fluxes, fluxes and sunscreens for ceramics, glass and enamel, rawhide and epidermis treatment in the leather industry, wood antiseptic, adhesive antiseptic.
